While in Kentucky we did a second Christmas with my family. It was nice. Jennifer and I got to hang out with my folks, my sister and her fiance. We got some pretty cool gifts like a James Taylor cd/dvd, Jennifet got the greatest black slippers with little doilies on them. My favorite present is also the oldest. (more…)

I had a fun day here in the Bluegrass State (That’s Kentucky for those of you who are less familiar with your state nicknames). While Jennifer was hanging out with our friend Allison I decided to take a drive through the country side. I happened upon the Asbury College Equestrian Department as I took a road I have traveled on maybe twice before. I just kind of ambled up and asked the first person I saw if I could take some pictures. They pointed me in the direction of the people in charge, who happily agreed to let me mill about and take photos to my heart’s content. (more…)
