I don’t know what is more frustrating, having to get up and go to work when it’s snowed almost 7″, or knowing that as soon as you get to work you will eventually find out that they are going to send you home early anyway.

I was thinking last night about people I admire. There are so many I look up to and want to model aspects of my life after. There are so many different people with diverse lives and widely different callings that I appreciate.
I started thinking about why it is that I admire them. What is it about these people that I find so compelling? I really mulled over it for a while and boiled down some of the reasons.
I could sit here and list them one by one and tell you why but neither you nor I have the time. However I will give you a list of my top 5 most admirable traits. (more…)

Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you knew that you could be helpful or add to a conversation or meeting or do something that would be positive and bless someone but refrained because you didn’t know if you were allowed to?
