In light of a question my mother-in-law raised I thought I’d pose the question to you: How do you work out/ change your workout routine when fasting?
I for one haven’t changed it very much. I bought a book called “Pilates for Men” to help my weak back and give me a little flexability and perhaps some decent ab muscles. Let me tell you, I haven’t been dissapointed on any of the points. For the first time in my life I can bend over and touch my toes. Plus it has done wonders for my back.
So I was doing Pilates nearly daily and walking/ jogging with my wife 3 times /week. Now I do pilates about every other day and still walk/jog but shorter distances and more walk, less jog.
When the fast is over I intend to re-up and do some weights too. I’m hoping Nate Wood would be able to help out there.
SO what do you do and how has it changed?
