I know this one! Duct tape a bag of ice cubes to your head, and another to your chest. And maybe another to the back of your neck. And then stick your feet into a bucket of ice water. Don't wear clothing. note: I actually did this while pregnant with Adeia. Ok, just the head and chest part. And then I slept that way. Oh! I know this one!
