Today, I was a little hormonal, and I had a headache ALL DAY for no good reason, and I ate McDonalds. With coca cola. I’m not particularly proud of any of those things, though I did enjoy the McDonalds.
Ever have this happen? : you wake up about 13 times during the night for no reason, the last 3 times being 15 minute increments before your alarm goes off? That’s what happened to me. Apparently it’s starting to get uncomfortable when I sleep, as far as turning over. Turn over on my back and it feels like I have a small melon weighing down on me. Try to turn over on my stomach and I feel like I’m rolling on a soft boulder. (Oxymoron, I know.) (more…)
