Fun things to experience with me today:
Rosalynne- Sucking SlimFast through a straw so loudly, I think she might have popped a blood vessel in her eye.
A hacking cough- Not me, but another co-worker who is walking around with the aptly named walking pneumonia. And coughing on the water machine where I fill up my Nalgene. Sick. He swears he’s not contagious. I think my lungs beg to differ.
Happy faces- I was looking at the Slim Fast website with Rosalynne. The people on the main page look unnaturally happy to be there. I’M SO HAPPY TO BE HERE! In fact, I just hang out here at the Slim Fast website, looking happy! One girl looks a little bit too thin…
Comfortable clothes- I am wearing gaucho material (for the boys: gaucho- very soft jersey material) pants, and a cotton flowy shirt from Nordstroms. Translation? Ladies and gentlemen, I am wearing pajamas at work.
This day may be slow, but it rules in so many delightful ways.
